As Senior Product Owner, you are the critical link between product strategy and technical execution. You’ll work closely with the Head of Product & Projects and our engineering teams, owning the planning, prioritization, and delivery of the product roadmap – across all our products.
You translate market requirements, customer feedback, and strategic goals into actionable epics and user stories. You always keep the bigger picture in focus: customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.

The position
Your mission
- Own the end-to-end product roadmap – from vision to release across all ISP/Telco and SMB product lines
- Plan, prioritize, and drive product delivery in close collaboration with engineering teams
- Translate market requirements, customer feedback, and strategic goals into actionable epics and user stories
- Prioritize the backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and strategic relevance
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Solution Architects, Engineering, and QA to ensure quality and time-to-market
- Actively contribute to product strategy as a sparring partner to the leadership team
- Manage stakeholders across all levels – from developers to C-level, as well as customers and partners
- Drive data-informed decision-making by defining KPIs, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on evidence
- Continuously improve processes, cross-team collaboration, and delivery quality
Your profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or comparable role in a technical (SaaS) environment
- Solid understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) – as practical tools
- Technical fluency: you can discuss architecture, APIs, and trade-offs with engineers as equals
- Experience working with distributed, international teams
- Know-how related to web applications and mobile applications
- Analytical mindset combined with a pragmatic approach (focus on efficient solutions rather than over-optimization)
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- As a big plus – not mandatory, domain experience in cybersecurity, telco/ISP, or network technology
- Experience with DNS security, mobile security, or endpoint protection
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe PO/PM
- Experience with product analytics tools and data-driven product development
